AGAPECON CONSTRUCTION INSTITUTE
This is our Online School of Construction and Management. It's designed to help anyone who has interest in the construction industry. Clients who are under our Mentorship Programme benefit the most from this School.
OUR IDENTITY
AGAPECON is an acronym for 'Agape Construction & Consulting'. AGAPE is the Greek word which means the highest form of the four types of love - it's the very nature and person of God, the Creator of all things.
Therefore this firm is built on principles and foundations of AGAPE, for this reason we're the custodians of the environment.
Agape (/ˈæɡəpiː/) = translated as "love":
the highest form of love - the love of God for man
AGAPECON is a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) company established in 2015.
It's 100% owned, managed and controlled by historically disadvantaged individual. It's currently managed and run solely by the Director, Bandile Zungu, who is an Incorporator of the company.
AGAPECON holds a vision of empowerment and development of the youth of South Africa, especially women empowerment, and expanding beyond the country borders for the benefit of the South African economy.

OUR DIRECTOR
Bandile Zungu as the Managing Director brings vision and innovation to AGAPECON, led by passion and purpose to balance the pendulum of service and quality delivery in the Built Environment Industry.
He is not only a managing director of AGAPECON, but also a Civil Engineering Technician graduate from Durban University of Technology, and currently enrolled for B-Tech Degree in Urban Engineering in University of South Africa.
Bandile has a multidisciplinary skillset and a background that spans the built environment from the private sector and other utilities within the industry even to the public sector industry.
From humble beginnings, as a pupil inspector in the Department of Labour appointed in 2009, and acquired a 12 month in-service training – 6 months in consulting firm with MAP AFRICA Consulting Engineers (2009) and the other 6 months in the construction firm with Wonder Dream Projects (2010).
From early 2011, he discovered his passion for service delivery excellence and management; he then resigned from Department of Labour as a Pupil Inspector and joined MOT Professional Services Consultancy.
He has served the built environment industry with MOT Professional Services Consultancy since 2011 and that’s where he has acquired most of his experience in Design, Technical Reporting, Contract & Tender Documentation, Project Management and Construction Monitoring.

Bandile through the experience he has acquired over these years has been equipped with managerial skills in the sphere of the project scopes and contracts.
He has coped well in the Built Environment industry in liaising with clients and enhancing the client relationships through a seamless and superior service.
He has developed skills in management, communication, design, coordinating and implementation of the professional engineering projects.
